The main brake cylinder
Withdrawal | - Disconnect the electrical connector from the brake fluid level.
- Disconnect the brake lines from the master cylinder and close the opened holes suitable stoppers.
| The brake liquid dissolves a paint, plastic and wire insulation, so if you accidentally hit fluid on the paintwork of the car or its components wash with plenty of water. |
| - Remove the nuts of the master cylinder and remove the brake master cylinder. Torque: 8.12 N ??? m.

Dismantling Check | - Check the inner surface of the brake master cylinder body for rust and development.
- Check the brake master cylinder for wear or damage. If necessary, clean or replace the brake master cylinder.
| - If damaged housing bore master cylinder, replace the brake master cylinder assembly.
- To remove dirt, clean the body of the master cylinder with isopropyl alcohol.

Assembly | | - Lubricate the recommended brake fluid inside the master cylinder surface and the outer surface of the primary and secondary pistons.
|
- Gently push the two springs and pistons in the bore of the master cylinder.
| - Click on the pistons and install the retaining ring.
|
- Use a screwdriver to push the plunger and install the roll pin.
- Install two sealing rings.
| - Firmly insert the reservoir in the sealing ring of the master cylinder.
|

|
Setting | - Install the brake master cylinder to the brake servo.
- Install the brake master cylinder and brake servo at bulkhead.
- Connect the brake pipes to the master cylinder.
- Connect the vacuum hose to the brake servo.
- Connect traction brake pedal and set the pin with a head and an aperture under the pin and secure it with a new spring cotter pin.
- Fill the brake fluid and bleed the hydraulic circuit brake system.
| Do not attempt to repair the vacuum brake booster, as it is, the disposable type. |
