Check
Leaks in cooling system are usually found out on white or colors of a rust to a touch in the area of the leak.
Carefully check the radiator and coolant hoses over the entire length. Replace hoses with cracks, ruptures and aging signs. Cracks are easier to detect if to press a hose. Pay particular attention to hose clip to the elements of the cooling system. Strongly tightened clamps may cause rupture or puncture of the hose, resulting in leaks in the cooling system. Inspect all hoses and their connections. If leaks are found, replace the hose or pad.
Since the metal parts are compressed in the cold state, and the rubber hoses at this time are attenuated, any leakage at this time will become more noticeable.

Setting

Fitting of the sealing ring (1) on the inlet pipe (2) Coolant
Fig. 2.112. Fitting of the sealing ring (1) on the inlet pipe (2) Coolant

Set O-rings in grooves in the ends of the coolant inlet pipe after moistening it with coolant, and inlet tube firmly into the coolant into the connecting pipe (Fig. 2.112).

WARNINGS
Do not apply oil to the O-ring pipe cooling system.
Make sure that the joints of pipes of the cooling system did not get sand, dust, and so on. D.
Insert the pipe cooling system in the engine block.
Do not use the O-ring again, replace it with a new one.
