Remove the bolts of the top fastening of a radiator. Remove the radiator from the casing and the fan motor. Remove the screws, remove the condenser fan motor and a radiator with a radiator.
Check Check for foreign material between the plates of the radiator. Check the radiator fins for the presence of bending, breakage and clogging, clean if necessary and align them. Check the heatsink for corrosion, damage or scale. Check the radiator hoses for cracks, damage or wear. Check the expansion tank for damage. Check the oil cooler hoses for cracks, damage or wear.
Setting Install the heat sink and connect it to the water hoses. Fill the cooling system with fresh cooling liquid. Start up the engine and let it idle until until you reach the thermostat valve, then stop the engine. Remove the radiator cap and add coolant to the level of the neck of the radiator, then fill the top to the expansion tank. Make sure there are no leaks from the radiator, hoses or their connections.
