Removing and installing automatic transmission
Withdrawal Remove the drain plug and drain the automatic transmission. Disconnect and remove the air filter assembly. Remove the wire transmission control. Disconnect the connector from the speedometer. Disconnect the connectors from the switch ranges of the automatic transmission, solenoid valves and fluid temperature sensor. Disconnect the hose from the oil cooler. Remove the bearing support gearbox. It hooks to lift the motor winch hook the grips (09200-38001) and lift the engine so that the support was not loaded by force of gravity. Disconnect the front exhaust pipe from the exhaust manifold. Install additional support under the auxiliary frame. Establish a jack under the automatic transmission. Remove the stabilizer bar tie rod, ball joint of the lower arm and drive shafts. Remove the bolts connecting the gearbox bolts and the return pipe. Remove the front roller bracket stopper. Remove the rear roll stopper bracket. Remove the bolts and remove the auxiliary frame. Remove the bolts the gearbox to the engine. Omitting the jack, remove the transmission from the car.
A WARNING With the support of the gearbox, make sure that the jack supports transmission over a large area and not in a limited area. |
Setting Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following. Supports the engine and transmission to be installed in its place in accordance with the specification. The sequence of installation brackets: - Engine mounts; - Fastening of a transmission; - Mounting the rear roller stopper. When installing the mounting bracket of the front roll stopper, be careful not to damage the bearing, which can cause excessive vibration when the engine is idling.
