On models 1993 Vol. move the transfer case mode 4L; models 1994 Vol. it is in the neutral position. On models 1995 Vol. move the transfer case into 4L position and fix the gear change modes in this position by means of a wire (ideally suited hanger). Poddomkratte car and establish it on props. Loosen the bolt into the trunnion shaft of choice. Loosen the lock bolt in a pin rod selection (shown in the transmission NP249 - NP231 for the picture is similar). Make sure that the shift lever of a distributing box in position 4L (models 1993 and 1994 vol.) Or in position ?�N?� (neutral) (model 1994 Vol.). If necessary, move the pin forward or backward on the stock selection, then tighten the locking bolt pin with demanded effort. Lower the car to the ground and check that the operation of the switching device the transfer case. Spend the sea trials, fully engaged in making sure the transfer case in the provisions of 2H, 4H and 4L. If the full engagement of all three modes occurs, readjust.

Remove the trim gear lever. Move the lever to the 4L. Insert adjusting spacer thickness of 3 mm (also suitable drill desired thickness) between the shift lever and the front edge of the opening under the arm. To adjust thrust shift transfer case NR242 model 1993 Vol. Insert adjusting spacer thickness of 3 mm (not less suitable drill the required thickness) between the shift lever and the front edge of the opening under the arm (lever and secure the spacer using tape or wire).
