Coupling



PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Measure the distance from the front surface of the pedal to the carpet. Hand press the clutch pedal before occurrence of notable resistance and measure free wheeling size.

Free travel (A): 1-3 mm

2. If the free wheeling the clutch pedal does not correspond to the desired value, adjust it.

Loosen the lock nut and turn the bolt, adjust a free wheeling the clutch pedal, and then tighten the lock nut.

After adjustment tighten the screw until it reaches the stop pedal, then tighten the locknut.

Rotate the plunger until the desired freewheel, then tighten the locknut.

When adjusting the height of the plant or freewheel clutch pedal, be careful not to move the plunger to the clutch master cylinder.

3. After adjustment, check that the distance from the clutch pedal to the floor while holding the pedal corresponds to the desired value.

Free travel (B): 6-13 mm

4. If you can not adjust the height of the installation and a free wheeling clutch pedal, possibly hydraulic clutch has air or faulty clutch master cylinder. In this case, remove the air or disassemble and check the clutch master cylinder.
