Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the cotter pin, washer and a pin with a head and a hole for the pin.

2. Remove the bolt from the clutch pedal.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check the pedal arm and the sleeve for wear.
2. Check the clutch pedal in the absence of bending and deformation.
3. Check the return spring for damage and loss of elasticity.
4. Check the clutch pedal pad for damage and wear.

5. Remove the ignition lock switch and check for continuity between the terminals of the connector.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before installation, lubricate the clutch pedal bushing.

Lubricant: SAE J 310, NGLI ?��1

2. Screw the mounting bolt of the clutch pedal.

3. Before installation grease sleeve, pin, washer and a pin with a head and a hole for the pin.

Lubricant: SAE J 310, NGLI ?��2

4. Install the pushrod to the clutch pedal.
5. Adjust the length of the pusher.
