The main brake cylinder
Withdrawal | | 1. Disconnect the brake lines from the master cylinder and close the opened holes suitable stoppers. | The brake liquid dissolves a paint, plastic and wire insulation, so if you accidentally hit fluid on the paintwork of the car or its components wash with plenty of water. |

2. Remove the nuts of the master cylinder and remove the brake master cylinder. |

Dismantling | 1. Remove the plug and drain the brake fluid reservoir. | 2. Remove the tank from the main brake cylinder. |
| 3. Remove the retaining ring. |
4. Remove the piston stop (only ABS). 5. Remove the primary piston. | 6. Use a screwdriver to press the secondary piston and remove the piston stop (only ABS). Remove the secondary piston. | Do not disassemble the primary and secondary pistons. |

Check | 1. Check the inner surface of the brake master cylinder body for rust and development. 2. Check the brake master cylinder for wear or damage. If necessary, clean or replace the brake master cylinder. | - If damaged housing bore master cylinder, replace the brake master cylinder assembly.
- To remove dirt, clean the body of the master cylinder with isopropyl alcohol.

Assembly | | 1. Coat the recommended brake fluid inside the master cylinder surface and the outer surface of the primary and secondary pistons. |
2. Gently push the two springs and pistons in the bore of the master cylinder. | 3. Click on the pistons and install the retaining ring. |
4. Use a screwdriver to push the plunger and install the retaining ring into the groove diameter of the bore of the master cylinder. | 5. Install the two support rings and firmly into the tank in the seals of the master cylinder. |
6. Place the lid on the tank. |

Setting | 1. Measure the protrusion of the pushrod and adjust (8,25 ?� 0,125 mm). 2. Install the brake master cylinder to the brake servo. 3. Connect the brake pipes to the master cylinder. 4. Pour brake fluid and bleed the hydraulic circuit brake system. |
