PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the screws and remove the caliper.

2. Remove the bolts and remove the holder of a support with brake pads.

3. Remove the cover of the piston.

4. Remove the piston.

5. fingertip remove piston seal.

Do not use sharpened tools to prevent damage to the cylinder.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check the piston for rust, damage, cracks and deterioration of the external surface.

2. Check the piston seals, bags and guide pins.

3. Apply brake fluid following elements:

  • piston seal;
  • the inner surface of the cylinder;
  • Case of the piston;
  • the outer surface of the piston.

4. Push the piston in the caliper.

5. Turn the piston upward mark as shown.
