Adjusting the preload of the differential

Place solder (about 10 mm in length 3 mm in diameter) on the converter housing as shown.

Install the torque converter housing to the gearbox housing without using the sealant. Tighten the bolts to the recommended torque specification. Remove the screws and remove the solder. Use a micrometer to measure the thickness (T) of compressed solder. Select the gasket, the thickness of which is within the calculated value.

Standard thickness: from (T + 0,045 mm) to (T + 0,105 mm)
