The input shaft gearbox
Dismantling | 1. Using the special tool (09432-21300), remove the snap ring and ball bearing. | 2. Remove the retaining ring, snap ring, the fifth gear and 4th gear needle bearing, bushing 4th gear transmission synchronizer ring (3rd and 4th gear), synchronizer springs (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th gear) of the synchronizer sleeve (3rd and 4th gear), gear 3rd gear and the needle bearing. |

Check | 1. Check the surface of the input shaft, contacting the needle bearings for damage or abnormal wear. | 2. Check the shaft splines for damage or wear. |
3. Install the synchronizer sleeve on the sleeve and make sure it moves smoothly. 4. Check bushing for damage. | 5. Check the wear surfaces of the ends of the sleeves (in contact with each gear). | Replace synchronizer hub and sleeve as a set. |

Assembly | | 1. Using the special tool (09432-33300) to set the needle bearing, gear 3rd gear, the synchronizer sleeve (3rd and 4th gear), the springs of synchronizers (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4 Second Gear), synchronizer ring (3rd and 4th gear) hub gears 4th transfer, needle bearing, gear wheel of 5th and 4th gears, retaining ring and the retaining ring. |
| 2. Using the special tool (09432-21300) set of ball bearings and a spring ring. |
