Preliminary checks PERFORMANCE ORDER | Gap gear 3rd gear | | 1. Measure the clearance between the gear 3rd gear and the pinion 2 transfers. Nominal backlash: 0,06-0,21 mm Maximum permissible backlash: 0,26 mm | 2. If the clearance exceeds the limit, check the contact surface of the gear 3rd gear, 2nd gear transmission and clutch hub synchronizer 2nd / 3rd gear. Replace worn or damaged parts. | Gap 4th gear transmission | | | 3. Measure the clearance between the gear 4th transfer and the bearing. Nominal backlash: 0,1-0,37 mm Maximum permissible backlash: 0,57 mm | 4. If the backlash exceeds the limit, check the contact surface of the gear, bearing and synchronizer clutch 3rd / 4th gear. Replace worn or damaged parts. |
|
Dismantling PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Using a press and special adaptation OK130 175 008 remove the bearing from the shaft. | 2. Remove the gear wheel of 4th transfer. | | 3. Remove the retaining ring. | 4. Remove the synchronizer clutch 3rd / 4th gear synchronizer ring 3 transfers and a gear wheel of 3 transfers. | | 5. Stripper OK670 990 AA0 remove the bearing from a primary shaft. |
|
Check PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Visually check the condition of the synchronizer ring teeth for damage, wear and cracks. | | 2. Check the condition of the conical surface for damage, wear and cracks. | A warning Establish a synchronizer ring in a gear wheel and measure the clearance between the synchronizer ring and the surface of the flange gear.
| | 3. Measure the clearance between the synchronizer ring and the surface of the flange gear.
Nominal backlash: 1,1 mm 1,4 Minimum clearance: 0.8 mm | A warning If replacement of the pinion input shaft, adjust the bearing preload.
| | 4. Check the runout of the seat gear input shaft. Maximum allowable runout: 0.1 mm | 5. Check the splines primary shaft. | 6. Check the condition of the surface of the gear teeth for damage, wear and cracks. | | 7. Measure the clearance between the shaft gears and the gears. | The gap lubrication, mm
Element | A shaft (outer diameter) | The shaft (inside diameter) | With sleeve (outer diameter) | Pinion 3rd gear | 34,987-34,998 | - | - | Gear 4th transfer | 30,94-30,97 | 31,00-31,02 | - | Gear 5th gear | - | 34,00-34,02 | 33,94-33,97 |
| | 8. Inspect the hub gear 5th gear for damage. | | 9. Inspect the condition of the surface of the gear teeth for damage, wear and cracks. | | 10. Check up the bearing on absence of damages and smoothness of rotation. |
|
Assembly PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Place the gear 3rd gear, synchronizer ring and clutch synchronizer. | | 2. Establish a new lock ring. | 3. Install the gear wheel of 4th transfer. | | 4. Using a press, install the bearing. |
|
Check after assembly PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Measure the clearance between the gear 3rd gear and the pinion 2 transfers. Nominal backlash: 0,06-0,21 mm Maximum permissible backlash: 0,26 mm | | 2. Measure the clearance between the gear 4th transfer and the bearing. Nominal backlash: 0,1-0,37 mm Maximum permissible backlash: 0,57 mm If the clearance is different from the desired value, disassemble and reassemble the gearbox output shaft. |
