Bleeding clutch hydraulic drive
When pressed all the way off the clutch pedal is not fully ("leads"), which is accompanied by a characteristic grinding gears when reverse gear, perhaps in the hydraulic clutch hit air. Remove it by pumping hydraulic drive. In addition, the pumping is performed while filling the hydraulic drive fluid after its replacement or repair after the system components associated with the depressurization system. You will need: the brake fluid hose to pump, the key "8", the capacity for drainage. 1. Check the fluid level in the master cylinder reservoir (tank common to the main cylinder braking system and hydraulic drive clutch) and, if necessary, finish it to norm. |
| | 2. Remove the cap from the valve to vent the clutch slave cylinder. | 3. Place the valve on the hose end and lower it into a container with a small amount of brake fluid. Ask the assistant to press the clutch pedal 4-5 times at intervals of 2-3 seconds, and then hold it. Remove the fitting 3/4 of a turn. A hose into the tank will flow out the fluid with air bubbles. |
4. Tighten the valve and ask them to release the clutch pedal. |
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 before leaving the fluid hose without bubbles. |
A WARNING During pumping hydraulic drive periodically check the fluid level in the master cylinder reservoir Clutch. Do not drop the level of liquid in it less than 10 mm from the bottom of the tank. Add a liquid in a timely manner, or at the bottom of the drainage tank in the air and gets pumping have to repeat again. |
6. Turn the valve, put on the protective cap and, if necessary, add fluid to the reservoir master cylinder clutch. |
