Removal and installation of the fork and release bearing
A sign to replace the release bearing is increased noise when you press the clutch pedal.
NOTE When you replace the release bearing because of the noise, check the condition diaphragm spring drive plate. With strong worn all the petals in contact with the bearing, replace the drive plate assembly. |
You will need a flat-blade screwdriver. | | 2. Remove the cover mud clutch fork. | 3. Disengage the hinge with fixing both ends of the spring. |
| | 4. Remove the clutch from the plug, remove the bearing ... | 5. ... and the release fork. |
6. Apply a thin layer of grease the outer surface of the guide sleeve ... |
| 7. ... and ball bearing clutch release and the release fork at the point of contact with the bearing and the push rod of the working cylinder. |
8. Set the items in reverse order. |
