Replacement of a regulator of idling
The regulator comprises a stepper motor and connected to the valve cone. At a signal from the engine-ECU motor moves the valve, thereby changing the flow area of the air passage. You will need: Phillips screwdriver with a blade tester. 1. Disconnect a wire from the plug ?�-?� the storage battery. |

A WARNING On one of the screws mounted holder harness. When reinstalling the regulator do not forget to install the bracket into place. |
| 4. ... and remove the regulator (for clarity, the throttle device is removed). |
NOTES Note that the connection control idling and throttle unit packed by the gasket. Replace the gasket regardless of its status. |
Pay attention to the marking controller idling. Get control of idling with exactly the same markings.
5. Check the technical condition of the regulator. To do this, measure the tester in ohmmeter mode resistance between the regulator. At serviceable control between terminals "1" and "2" resistance must be 10,5-14,0 Ohm between terminals "2" and "3" - 10-12.5 ohms. |
6. Clean any contaminants seat and the air passage in the throttle assembly and the surface under the gasket regulator. Tighten the screws on the regulator, tighten torque 3-4 Nm. |
