Measuring the length of the bolt cylinder head

Measure the length of each bolt cylinder head (Fig. 2.273).
If the length of the bolt exceeds the maximum, replace the bolt cylinder head.
Standard L: 128,9-129,5 mm.
Maximum L: 130.2 mm.

Order of a tightening of bolts of the cylinder head

Tighten the cylinder head in three steps in the order shown in Figure 2.274.
The inhaling moment: 17,5-22,5 Nm.
Pulling angle: 85 ?� -95 ?�.
