Checking and replacing the oil in a manual transmission
The sequence of checking the oil level, see below. 1. Place the vehicle on a level surface. 2. Remove the oil filler plug and remove the washer. 3. Ensure that the oil in the gearbox reaches the lower edge of the filler hole. If necessary, bring the oil level in the gearbox to the established norm. Use of the same type of oil that is filled in the gearbox. - The quality of the oil on the API - GL-4 or GL-5 is. - Oil viscosity at SAE: - All Season - SAE 75W-90; - Above 10 ?� C - SAE 80W-90. 4. Install a new washer, and tighten the filler plug. - Tightening torque - 40-58 Nm. - How to replace oil in the manual gearbox is described below. 1. Remove the drain plug. 2. Drain the oil into a container. 3. Install a new washer, and tighten the drain plug. - Tightening torque - 40-58 Nm. 4. Remove the oil filler plug and remove the washer. Fill the gearbox to the level of the lower edge of the filler hole. - The quality of the oil on the API - GL-4 or GL-5 is. - Oil viscosity at SAE: - All Season - SAE75W-90; - Above 10 ?� C - SAE 80W-90. - Fill the oil volume - 2.7 liters. 5. Install a new washer, and tighten the filler plug.
