Checking the oil level in the tank of the hydraulic booster steering

ATTENTION

To avoid failure of the power steering pump steering prohibited from continuing operation of the vehicle, if the power steering fluid level has fallen to the bottom of the label ?�MIN?�.

Use hydraulic power assisted steering only the recommended hydraulic fluid.

Check the fluid level in a tank of the steering hydraulic booster every time you change the engine oil. The test is performed on a cold engine idle. If necessary, add oil to the steering hydraulic booster tank. Periodic replacement of the hydraulic fluid is required (Fig. 1.174).
