Removing chain tensioner
Drown connecting plate chain tensioner through the technological hole on the left side, using a thin flat-blade screwdriver (precision screwdriver).
Slowly pull the plunger back in the direction shown in Figure 2.256, while the coupling plate must be recessed. Loosen the connecting plate with the plunger down. Slightly loosen the pressure on the plunger and move the plunger back and forth 2-3 mm.

Insert the thick wire or paper clip thickness of approximately 1 to 5 mm in the holes of the connection plate and the tensioner body (holes must be aligned) to secure the connection plate and the plunger (Fig. 2.257).
