Withdrawal
Remove the battery cover. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Drain the engine coolant. Remove the following items: - The front wheel (right); - The bottom cover and splash shield (right); - The air cleaner; - The ignition coil;

- drive belt; - The power steering pump without disconnecting the oil pipe and oil pipe.
NOTE Secure power steering pump with a rope in the position, do not interfere with the operation. |
Remove the coolant reservoir and the power steering hoses and connected to the pipeline. Remove the generator. Remove the coolant pump Remove the accelerator cable bracket (from the body) Disconnect the ground wire (engine mount ?��3) Disconnect the following elements: - A ventilation hose; - Harness the oil control valve; - The crankshaft position sensor connector. Remove the cylinder head cover.
Fix the crankshaft pulley using special tool and remove the bolt of the crankshaft pulley (Fig. 2.253). Remove the crankshaft pulley, tension pulley and belt automatic tensioner.

Fix the engine using a motor jack and an additional device, and remove a support ?��3 (Fig. 2.254). Pick up the handset control dipstick. Remove the front engine cover.
Remove the front oil seal using a flat-blade screwdriver (Fig. 2.255).
