Inspection and recovery of the oil pump



Details of the oil pump


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the spring clip from maslozabornoy tube, remove the filter and rubber stand.
  2. Mark the position of the mounting bracket, unscrew and remove the screws from the transmitter housing.
  3. Separate the housing and remove the driven gear, having marked its position.
  4. Rinse the parts in kerosene and dry them. Check gear and face plates for wear and, if it is too high, replace the oil pump. If the items can still be used, put them into place in the reverse order and tighten bolts.
  5. Bleed the oil pump drive shaft turning counterclockwise and pouring oil in the sensor tube.
