Remove the retaining ring from the input shaft clutch and remove the washer. Xpress bearing from a primary shaft (Fig. 4.16). Remove the cover of the bearing housing. Turn shaft and remove the retaining ring and thrust washer transmission synchronizer V (Fig. 4.17). Xpress V transmission synchronizer hub (Fig. 4.18). Remove the intermediate gear for reverse gear and its needle bearing. Check status of the items, in particular, the clearance between the synchronizer ring and the cone gear must be not less than 0.7 mm (Fig. 4.19), a gap-retaining ring transmission synchronizer V - 0.1 mm (Fig. 4.20) and the gap retaining ring side of the bearing - 0.1 mm (Fig. 4.21).
