PERFORMANCE ORDER

Open the hood and disconnect the hoses washer fluid at the point of branching. To facilitate the subsequent installation of the loop circle felt-tip pen on the part of the hood. Remove the hood lock (see. Section Removal and installation of the hood locks and fuel filler flap) and rotate the rubber stops until you get to the hood was 1 ÷ 1.5 mm (or more) below the wing. Letting go nuts hood hinges, set him in the doorway, having achieved the required dimensions. Set the locking hook and the drummer of the castle. Check locking and drummer in the absence of slack and tighten the lock bolts. The difference between the size of the gap BB // CC must not exceed respectively 1.5 // 1.0 mm. Release the hood latch and adjust the height of the rubber stoppers with respect to the bonnet washers (BB) and wings (CC) at the level of, respectively, 1.0 and 0.2 mm. Insert lock and move it laterally to expose the firing pin and the center of the lock in relation to each other strongly in the vertical (as viewed from the front). Make sure that the additional hood latch securely engages the striker upon release of additional hood with a height of 20 mm. Do not release the hood from a height of more than 30 mm. Move the lock up and down to the hammer smoothly engages with the lock in the closed hood. After adjusting tighten the locking bolts with demanded effort.
