Removing and installing exhaust manifold
Withdrawal | - Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
- Working under the car, give bolts of a reception pipe exhaust system to the exhaust manifold. Disconnect the pipe from the collector.
- Give fixing bolts and remove exhaust manifold thermofilter. Remember the point of connection of ground bus.
- Pipe wrench, disconnect the EGR pipe from the exhaust manifold.
- Moving in a spiral from the outside in, gradually loosen the fastening of the exhaust manifold.
- Remove the mounting bolts, nuts and washers and remove the exhaust manifold assembly from the engine compartment.
- Check the mating surfaces of the exhaust manifold for cracks, deformation and other damages. Perform the necessary repair or replace collector.

Setting Installation is in the reverse order. | - Do not forget to thoroughly clean the mating surfaces, and replace all gaskets.
- Do not forget to install the Wizard washers. Tighten fixture with demanded effort, spiraling from the inside out.
- When installing thermofilter do not forget to connect the ground bus.
- Start the engine and check the collector for signs of leakage of exhaust gases.
