Removing and installing steering wheel

To remove the steering require a special puller.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect the negative wire from the battery. On models with a central location horn button gently pry the button on the side using a flat-bladed tool to remove it from the steering wheel (see. Accompanying illustration). 1 - a steering wheel 2 - button horn 3 - a nut 4 - wiring On models with a screw horn button with a short screwdriver Give the fastening screws under the steering wheel. Disconnect the electrical wiring from the button. Mark the position of the steering wheel on the shaft, then give a fixing nut. Using a special puller, remove the wheel from the steering shaft.

Do not tap on the end of a steering shaft, as this can cause damage to speakers.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Grease with universal greasing return cam turn signal switch on the rear side of the steering wheel. Achieve combination caused during the dismantling of adjusting labels, and set the steering wheel to the shaft. Check the operation of the return mechanism of the turn signal switch, and tighten the nut on the steering wheel with a force of 29 ÷ 39 Nm.
