Removal and installation of longitudinal jet bars suspension
 | To perform the procedures described below require a press suitable mandrel and the tube. |
Withdrawal The upper torque rods | - Poddomkratte back of the vehicle with the relevant party and establish it on props, the institution under the chassis frame and the rear axle assembly.
- If necessary, remove the corresponding back wheel.
- Give a nut bolts jet bar to an arm of the bridge. Try not to damage the brake lines.
- Give a nut bolts reactive rod to the bracket of the chassis frame.
- Remove the bolts, knocking them with a brass drift (support rods in knocking bolts). The longitudinal torque arms rear suspension fasteners shown in the accompanying illustration.

- Remove the torque rods from the car.
- Inspect torque arms for cracks and signs of strain, in case of need make replacement.
- Check the condition of bushings in the jet rod. Defective plug replace:
- Prop up the post to be replaced by a segment of the pipe sleeve of suitable diameter (the sleeve must pass freely through the pipe).
- Using the tool, the mandrel which will abut the outer steel tube sleeve, squeeze the plug of the rod.
- Moisten the outer surface of the new plug soapy water and start to gradually push the plug on svoeposadochnoe place with a piece of pipe, which will abut the outer steel tube sleeve.
- Ensure perpendicularity of the bushing and its central location.

Lower longitudinal torque rods | - Poddomkratte back of the vehicle with the relevant party and establish it on props, the institution under the chassis frame and the rear axle assembly.
- Remove a corresponding back wheel.
- Give a nut bolts jet bar to an arm of the bridge.
- Give a nut bolts reactive rod to the bracket of the chassis frame.
- Remove the bolts, knocking them with a brass drift (support rods in knocking bolts).
- Remove the torque rods from the car, noting its installation position - end of the rod is slightly displaced.
- Inspect torque arms for cracks and signs of strain, in case of need make replacement.
- Check the condition of bushings in the jet rod. Defective plug replace:
- Prop up the post to be replaced by a segment of the pipe sleeve of suitable diameter (the sleeve must pass freely through the pipe).
- Using the tool, the mandrel which will abut the outer steel tube sleeve, squeeze the plug of the rod.
- Moisten the outer surface of the new plug soapy water and start to gradually push the plug on its seat with the help of a piece of pipe, which will abut the outer steel tube sleeve.
- Ensure perpendicularity of the bushing and its central location.

Setting Installation is in the reverse order. | - If replacement of bushings, carefully check the condition of the axle bolt rods. Replace worn components.
- Install torque arms on the car, set the hardware (nuts, washers and rubber bushings), but do not tighten it completely at this stage. Lower the car to the ground.
- Push the car a few times to shrink the suspension components, and then tighten the nut on top of the bar to the chassis frame with a force of 147 ÷ 177 Nm.
- Nuts of fastening of the rods to the bridge tighten with effort 98 ÷ 137 Nm.
