Is loose disc on the flange axis. Check the condition of the rim, the wheel hub, studs and wheel nuts. Tighten fittings or replace the defective components.

Balancing wheel broken or bent disk. Balance the wheel, or replace the disc.

Defective components of the brake mechanism. Check the condition of the brakes of the rear wheels (see. Section devoted to the diagnosis of malfunctions of brake system). Replace defective components.

Defective axle shaft and / or the axle housing. Check, replace defective components.

Bend the axle shaft and / or sleeve housing bridge. Check, replace defective components.

We have the noise emitted by the main transfer

Is loose propeller shaft or universal joint. Check tighten fasteners or replace the defective joint.

Fell lubricant level. Check there are no traces of oil leaks, if you see them eliminate the cause. Add oil grades required.

Flange nut is loose drive pinion. Lubricate the sealing nut and tighten with demanded effort.

Worn or damaged components of the final drive. Overhaul of the main transfer.

Pinion shaft rotates, but the vehicle is not driven

It damaged axle shaft. Remove the assembly axis, if necessary - replace.

Cut crown bolts (driven) gear. Remove the final drive assembly and replace the screws.

Damaged gear differential. Overhaul of the main transfer.

If out of order axle shaft, remove assemblage of the main transfer and check for the presence of foreign particles inside the crankcase and metal shavings. Thoroughly clean the sump.

There is a second failure of the half-line

Incorrect use / operate the clutch. Change the style of driving, check the operation of the clutch.

Bend the arm of the bridge. Replace the rear axle housing.

The car is often overloaded. Try not to load the car more than the allowable limit.

There is a loss of lubricating fluid

Faulty oil seal drive pinion. Check (see. Accompanying illustration). Replace the oil seal, check flange surface.

Faulty oil seal semi-axis of the shaft. Remove the axle shaft and replace oil seal.

There is leakage through the gasket crankcase main gear. Remove the final drive assembly and replace the gasket.

Leakage occurs through pores or cracks in the housing of the main transfer. Perform the necessary repairs or replace the crankcase.

Before you clean the front axle assembly to check it for signs of oil leaks, check the patency of the crankcase ventilation hose (see. Accompanying illustration). If the leak does not occur at the cold bridge, take a trip by car, warming the bridge to normal operating temperature, and then inspect the housing for signs of leakage through tiny pores and cracks.
