Air filter

Removal. Loosen the hose clamps the pipes connected to the air filter (AAZ engines and 1Y) and the volume of air flow sensor (engine 1Z), and remove the pipes.

Disconnect the rubber hinges on protrusions on the body.

Move the air towards the engine and disconnect the air intake hose from the vent in the mudguard body.

Remove the air filter from the engine compartment. On the engine 1Z Remove the screw securing the sensor in air stream to the air filter and separate it from the sensor. Handle the sensor very carefully, because it can be easily damaged.

Remove the retaining latch, remove the filter cover and remove the filter element.

Installation. Installation is in the reverse order. Provide entry ledge on the filter recess on the mudguard.
