For serious injuries of the body, affecting the power structure is typically used slipway, which consists of a frame, a device for installing and securing the body (Fig. 10.19) vehicle, the hydraulic drive, hydraulic straightening products, tools for manual editing, and others. The frame is the foundation pile and is used to install and fix her damaged car, power racks, tensioning devices and other devices that provide hydraulic straightening damage to the body. The frame is made of channel ?��14 and is the intersection of box section with grooves 20 mm wide, located along and across the entire area of the frame. This frame design allows it to mount the vehicle (body), install the necessary facilities at various locations relative to the repaired damaged areas of the body. Power rack-driven, a variety of props, extensions, extension cords, chains and other devices designed to transmit mechanical forces from the cylinder on the deformed sections of the body. Depending on the category of damage and its location at the back of the car can enter the slipway assembly partially disassembled (without front or rear suspension) or just the body. - Fix a spherical support 3 (Fig. 10.20) on the frame 1 wedges 2. By bringing the power rack, place it into a spherical bearing 3. The length of the rack is selected such that it is allowed to make the necessary tensile force. The direction of this force should coincide with the direction of the collision; - Tighten the clamp or any other tool on the damaged area of the body; - Connect the chain damaged part of the body to the base frame via the support of the power rack; - Make edits the body, giving the cylinder power rack foot pressure hydraulic pump. Straightening stand can be simultaneously used to power the four racks circuits and devices that must have different combinations of lengths and mounted at different angles depending on the received collision.
