Disassembly and assembly of the generator Vosch
Dismantling generator spend in the following order:
| Fig. 9.1. Details generator Vosch: 1 - drive pulley; 2 - plug; 3 - a cover from outside a drive; 4 - ball bearing rotor; 5 - internal washer bearing bracket; 6 - a rotor with a built-in fan; 7 - spacer ring; 8 - a stator; 9 - a cover from outside contact rings; 10 - rectifier unit; 11 - the voltage regulator and brush holder; 12 - a protective casing

- Loosen the nut of the pulley with the rotor shaft and remove a pulley puller 1 (see. Fig. 9.1) and the sleeve 2; - Remove the shaft Woodruff; - Unscrew and remove the protective cover 12; - Unscrew the screws and remove the voltage regulator 11 with the brush holder; - Mark the cover 3 on the drive side and the body in front of him and turn out two coupling bolts; - Disconnect the inner washer 5 from the fastening of the bearing cap 3 of the generator; - Place the cover of the generator rotor and a press and curl Xpress 6. fixing screws inside of the bearing remove the washer as soon as the rotor is pressed; - If you need to remove the front bearing from the cover, remove the screws from the inside of the front bearing and Xpress; - Press the rear bearing spacer ring from the end of the rotor 7. If it is necessary to use a stripper, move it under the inner race of the bearing; - Unsolder rectifier unit 10. The wires in the area of the solder, trapped between the stator and a soldering iron, hold massive pliers for heat dissipation - diodes must not overheat. Otpaivat rectifier diodes should be only in the presence of appropriate equipment and skills. Generator assembly is made in reverse order of disassembly.
