Removing and installing door trim panel is performed as follows.

To remove the trim 3 (see. Fig. 10.10), the angle of the frame side window, pry with a screwdriver and remove the mounting foot of the three clips.

To remove the handle (Fig. 10.11) mechanical drive window with a screwdriver, pry the plastic ring under the handle to release the lock and remove the ring in the direction opposite to the position of head of the handle.

To remove the armrest facing a screwdriver to pry it from the bottom up and remove the clamps. When you remove the side door sliding window (Fig. 10.12) free of its leash window mechanism, tilt the front of the forward and pull up. Remove the caps 8 (see. Fig. 10.10), remove the door trim panel, noise-proof film (inside the trim panel) and an inner handle 18 (Fig. 10.13), the drive of the castle.

When removing the trim panel of the tailgate (Model Variant), remove the caps 1 (see. Fig. 10.7) fixing, remove the screw 6 and remove the trim panel. Before removing the corner buffer 3 rotate it by 90 ?�. Before installing the door trim panel is necessary to seal the opening panel plastic noise-isolating inner film that reduces external noise and ingress of moisture into the interior of the interior door trim panel. Thoroughly clean the edge of the opening of the residual adhesive and attach a sheet of film with one-sided or two-sided adhesive layer to the opening. Set all the internal elements of the valve in reverse order of removal. Before installing the trim panel insert new caps in the mounting holes on the back side of the panel to panel. Other operations on installing external door trim elements are performed in reverse order. After the end of the assembly test the drive mechanism windows and locks. Removal and installation of the inside door handle is performed as follows: - Remove the door trim panel; - Using a screwdriver, remove the lock washer securing the handle 18 (see. Fig. 10.13); - Move the handle forward and remove it from the rod 16 to open the door. - Installation of conduct in the reverse order of removal. Removal and installation of the outside door handle is performed as follows: - Remove the screw with a hemispherical head, which is located near the castle at the end of the door closer to the junction of the outer and inner panels; - Fold the rear edge of the side door; - Remove with lock cylinders; - Setting handles opening the door lock is made in reverse order of removal. Removing and installing door lock. Maintenance and removal (setup) locks conveniently carried out at the door trim panel. In climates with frequent alternation of positive and negative temperature for trouble-free operation of locks before the onset of the cold season, it is desirable to thoroughly lubricate the mechanical connection locations of details of the castle and its drive sparse grease. Before removing the lock, lift all the way up the glass. Proceed as follows: - Remove the outside door handle; - Remove the trim panel, noise-proof film (inside the trim panel); - Remove the internal handle 18 (see. Fig. 10.13) drive lock; - Release the clamp on the thrust open the door from the inside of the door trim panel; - Remove the lock bolts, remove the lock from the door opening and pull to remove it; - Installation is the reverse order of removal. Removal and installation of outdoor decorative linings. Depending on the lower part of the car body side can be equipped with plastic lining to protect against damage when opening doors and side doors of the other cars. Removal and installation of rear-view mirrors is performed as follows: - If the vehicle is equipped with mirrors with manual transmission, remove the panel of an internal upholstery of a door, and then remove the door frame insulation screen, release the fixing screws, the position control mechanism of the mirrors. Then unscrew the fixing screws and remove the assembly from the door mirrors; - If the vehicle is equipped with electric mirrors, remove the interior door trim panel, Disconnect the wiring connector drive mirror. Next, remove the insulating cover mirrors the door frame, then remove the three fixing screws and remove the mirror from the door, carefully remove the mirror from the rubber sealing trim and inspect it in the event of a defect it must be replaced. Glass mirrors with the electric drive motor is fixed to the means of snap fasteners. Assembling the mirror and its installation is made in reverse order of removal. Removal and installation of mudguards wheel arches.
