Install spring strut

To install a spring strut (Fig. 6.3), do the following: - Set the shock-absorber rod the top support suspension; - Without delay, set the upper nut spring strut; - The lower part of the shock absorber at the top of the knuckle; - Set eccentric bolts; - Install the shock absorber rod nut and a special key (Volkswagen 3186); - Tighten the nut on the top rack of spring torque 60 Nm; - Install the front wheel drive; - Establish joint tie rod and tighten the self-locking nut (use only a new nut) to 35 N ?� m; - Install the wheel speed sensor ABS system; - Set tormozyanoy hose to the shock absorbers; - Lower the car on the ground; - Tighten the nut of the front wheel drive torque of 265 Nm; - Tighten the wheel torque of 130 Nm.
