Radiator
Withdrawal
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Drain the coolant from the cooling system. | 2. Remove the upper radiator mount. | 3. If your car is equipped with an additional radiator fan power, unplug the electrical connector from the temperature sensor radiator fan. | 4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the radiator fan motor. | 5. Remove the radiator fan motor wiring from bracket. | 6. Remove the upper and lower coolant hoses from the radiator. |

Seating fixing oil heat exchanger system of the amplifier of a steering
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Before disconnecting piping couplings clean from dirt. | 2. Disconnect the supply lines of an automatic transmission oil from the radiator. Close the ends of pipelines suitable stoppers cloth and wipe up spilled oil. | 3. Remove the oil heat exchanger of the power steering, which is located at the bottom of the radiator (see. Fig. Seating fixing oil heat exchanger system power-assisted steering). Do not disconnect the piping from the heat exchangers. |

Cars with air conditioning A warning Do not hose disconnects the air conditioning system. Also, do not pull or twist the hose air conditioning system.
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Remove the clamps that secure the air conditioning ducts. | 2. Remove the condenser from the radiator and without stretching hoses, move it forward and secure in this position. | 3. Release the top latch mounting the radiator. | 4. Remove the bottom of the radiator with rubber cushions. | 5. Tilt the radiator forward and remove it together with an electric radiator fan. |
|
Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. If the radiator acted in connection with the reduction in capacity, wash it with a jet of water in two directions. Outside blow a radiator the compressed air. If the radiator is leaking, do not try to brew or solder a leaking place, t. To. The plastic parts will be damaged radiator. Slight leakage from the radiator can be removed using a radiator sealant. | 2. Check the condition of the bottom rubber support of a radiator and replace them if necessary. |
|
Setting
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Check and, if necessary, replace the rubber pads of the lower radiator mountings. | 2. Set the heat sink on top with an electric radiator fan. | 3. Attach the upper part of the radiator retainer. | 4. When connecting the hoses to the radiator of the cooling system, use new O-rings. Connect those water hoses to the radiator and secure couplings fixing brackets. |

Cars with air conditioning
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Attach the condenser to the heat sink. | 2. Attach the air-conditioning system piping fixing brackets. |
|
Cars with automatic transmission
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Attach the pipes to the radiator, oil automatic transmission with new sealing rings. Before installation, lubricate the O-ring fluid for automatic transmissions. | 2. Check the fluid level in automatic transmission and, if necessary, finish it to norm. | 3. Connect the electrical connectors to the engine cooling fan and thermal sensor. Staples fix the radiator fan motor wiring. | 4. Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system and bleed the circuit. A warning When installing a new heat sink is necessary to pour fresh coolant.
| 5. Start the engine and check the tightness of the cooling system. | 6. Check and, if necessary, adjust the headlights. |
