Adjusting the gearshift



The mechanism of a choice of transfers

A warning

If you want to completely remove the gear selection, you must first remove the exhaust system.

Handle 1 is unscrewed from the shift lever with a protective cover.

The spring 7 and the sleeve 8 mounted in the ball retainer and mounted on the gear lever so as to be located on the left of the shift lever.

Spherical side sleeve 8 should be directed to the gear lever.

The shift lever 9 can be installed in only one position.

When installing the retaining ring 18 is necessary to use a new lock ring. The convex side of the ring must be directed to the housing.

When installing, use a new nut 27.

When installing, use a new bolt 35.

When installing the convex side of the puck 37 should be sent to the control lever.


Prior to adjustment, check that the gearbox, clutch, gear shift rods and gear are in order. Also check that the gear shift rod moves smoothly and easily.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the shift lever to the neutral position and tighten a manual brake.
2. Remove the lower part of the protective cover of the gear lever on the center console.
3. Remove from the gear lever and remove it along with the protective cover.
4. Loosen the nuts and remove the rubber cover from the housing of the gearshift.
5. Measure the distance (a) between the body and shift mechanism, which shall be 37 mm. If necessary, adjust it as follows. Loosen the screw (arrow) fastenings shift fork. By moving the shaft, set the desired distance and tighten the bolt to 25 Nm.
6. Loosen the screws that hold the ball joint.
7. Establish the case of the ball joint horizontal.
8. Tighten the nuts of the ball joint housing to 25 Nm.
9. Loosen the bolt that secures the traction control transmission.
10. Install the shift lever in a position to stop the ball protrusions are the same distance from the body (a).
11. In this position, the shift lever, tighten the bolt of the control rod transmission 25 Nm.
12. Check that the shift lever position has not changed.
13. Check if the gear lever. In the neutral position of the gear lever must be set to turn on the third line - the fourth gear.
14. Further adjustments can be made as follows. Loosen the nuts of the ball shell. Move the shift lever all the way to the right and in this position retighten the nuts to 25 Nm (see para. 6).
15. Install and screw rubber cover gearshift.
16. Screw the handle on the gear lever.
17. Fasten the center console protective gear lever gaiter.
18. In this position, the shift lever, tighten the bolt of the control rod transmission 25 Nm.
