Disposal of the shock absorber
The gas pressure in the new gas spring reaches 25 bar, so the utilization of gas spring caution and wear protective goggles. Dispose of the shock absorber can be in two ways: either by drilling a hole or cut the shock absorber housing.
Drilling damper

| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Secure the shock absorber in the grip of the rod down. | 2. The drill 3 mm diameter drill hole in the damper housing (A). See Fig. Designated drilling holes in the shock body.
A warning  When drilling holes in the cabinet gas spring gas under pressure is forced out. At the gas outlet of the damper closes the opening with a cloth.
| | 3. Continuing drilling, drill inner tube shock absorber (about 25 mm). | | 4. Using a 6 mm drill, drill a second hole (B) in the housing and the inner tube shock absorber. | | 5. Place a suitable container under the shock and moving the damper piston rod from lock to lock, squeeze the liquid from the absorber. | | 6. After draining the fluid from the shock absorber can be taken for recycling. |

Cutting damper

| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Secure the damper upright in a vise. See Fig. Mounting the shock absorber in a vice when cutting the shock body. | | 2. Place the top of the shock body cutter and cut the shock absorber housing. Thus from gazonapol nennogo shock absorber will not leave gas. | | 3. Remove the shock-absorber rod upwards, thus keep the inner tube shock absorber in the shock body. | | 4. Remove the shock-absorber rod of the inner tube. | | 5. Drain the liquid from the absorber into an appropriate container. |
