Withdrawal
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. On the car standing on wheels from under the car unscrew bolts of the upper shock absorber to the vehicle body (see. Fig. Arrangement of bolts of the top fastening of the rear shock). To improve access to the bolts fastening the shock absorber can slightly raise the vehicle. | 2. unloading of the spring rear suspension, lift the rear of the car so that the wheel is off the ground 10 cm. Remove the rear spring from the poles and pull it out from under the car. If necessary, the assistant should rotate the rear axle down. | 3. Unscrew the nut and remove the shock absorber lower mounting. Move up, remove the lower part of the rear shock of the rear beam, lower shock absorber and remove it from under the car. See fig. Setting
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Set the shock absorber in place, insert the damper bolt and screw nut on him, without tightening it definitively. | 2. Place the spring so that the end turns of springs located on supports in such a manner as shown in Fig. Proper positioning of the lower coil springs in spring nest. | 3. Screw the upper shock absorber to the vehicle body. | 4. Lower the vehicle to the ground so that the rear wheels are on the ground, but it was possible to access the upper mounting bolt rear shock. | 5. Tighten the screws securing the upper rear shock absorber to 45 Nm. Tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of the lower rear shock absorber to 50 Nm and then turn at an angle of 90 ?�. |
