Bleeding of the hydraulic clutch

A warning

The brake fluid used in the hydraulic clutch is poisonous, so if it gets on your skin, wash immediately with a place with plenty of water. If the liquid gets into your eyes or inside the body, you must seek medical advice immediately. Some liquids have property easily to ignite and can light up even from contact to hot knots of the car. In addition, the fluid used in the hydraulic system of coupling, dissolves a paint and plastic, therefore at liquid hit on a paint and varnish covering of the car wash it with plenty of water. Also, this fluid is hygroscopic, i.e. absorbs moisture from the air and, therefore, the liquid stored for a long time in an open container, not recommended.

Any hydraulic system works normally and reliably if the hydraulic fluid in the system bled.
A warning

During air removal add only the pure liquid of demanded type. Never re-use liquid that flowed from the hydraulic clutch.

If the hydraulic system was accidentally mix different types of liquids, remove the fluid from the hydraulic system, flush the system with clean fluid of the required type and install new O-rings.

At constant leaks of hydraulic oil, or getting into the hydraulic system of air and determine the cause of the leak and repair the damage.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the front of the car and fix on supports.
2. Remove the bottom mudguard of the engine.
3. Check that the connection Coy, hydraulic pipes and hoses are securely tightened the clutch, and the bleeder valve on the rear of the clutch slave cylinder is screwed. Remove the dust caps from unions pumping the clutch slave cylinder and caliper front brake and clean all traces of dirt about unions.
4. Put a clear hose to the bleeder valve caliper front brakes.
5. Fill the brake fluid hose. To do this, press the brake pedal and unscrew half a turn the bleeder valve when the pedal is depressed. Continuing to press a pedal, supersede a liquid being in system in a transparent tube. After the pedal will reach extreme forward position and leakage of fluid in the hose will stop, will screw the bleeder valve to failure. Repeat these steps to fill the brake fluid hose. Maintain a transparent hose for out of it are not poured brake fluid.
6. During this operation, do not let the brake fluid level drop below the middle of the tank.
7. Put the free end of the second transparent hose on the bleeder valve clutch slave cylinder and open both bleeder.
8. Press the brake pedal and hold the pedal down, tighten the bleeder valve until it stops on the brake caliper. Repeat this operation as long as popolnitelnom tank of brake system air bubbles stop appearing. During this operation, constantly add fresh brake fluid.
9. Tighten the fittings to stop bleeding and remove them with a transparent hose.
10. Wipe the nipples pumping and replace the protective caps.
11. Check the smoothness of the clutch pedal. If you press the clutch pedal moves with jerks, then the hydraulic coupling there is air. If, after re-bleed the clutch pedal again moves unevenly, so worn out O-rings or the main clutch slave cylinder.
12. Establish the bottom mudguard of the engine and lower the car.
