Brake pipelines and hoses

For the transmission of brake fluid from the master cylinder to the wheel cylinders apply brake pipe. The pipe from the brake cylinder and valve governmental units produced tapered sleeves. The ends of the tubes are crimped and have a tapered shape corresponding to the size of the tapered threaded hole in the brake cylinder or switchgear.

Before crimping the ends of the tubes to them is put nut, which after screwing the tapered surface at the base of the cone-shaped threaded hole presses and seals the tube.

Brake hoses carry out mobile communications between mobile and fixed parts of the vehicle. To reduce the loss of brake fluid at removal of working brake cylinders used clips for clamping the brake hoses.

When installing a new brake tube or a brake hose, make sure that they are firmly secured in the brackets and are at a sufficient distance from moving or hot places.

After installation, check the brake fluid level in the master cylinder and add it if necessary. Bleed the brake system and carefully check the brakes before you start operation of the vehicle.
