Adjusting the toe of the front axle
Loosen the lock nut 3, and the hold of the tie rod 2 (Fig. 4.37). Remove the spring clamp 1 from the anther. Adjust toe-in by turning the left and / or right tie rod. To do this, you can set the hex wrench on the tie rod. Make sure that during rotation of steering drafts not twist anthers. Twisted anthers wear out quickly.
Tighten the lock nut using the head, holding the tie rod 1 (Fig. 4.38). Recheck the value of convergence. After tightening the lock nut may be a slight deviation of the adjusted value. If the measured value of convergence is within the tolerance, the alignment is correct. Install the spring clip on the bellow.
