Removal and installation of the parking brake

Withdrawal

Disconnect plug 1 from the parking brake (Fig. 6.19).

Remove the two Torx screws parking brake (Fig. 6.20).

Disconnect the parking brake from the brake caliper.

Remove the O-ring.

Make sure that the annular groove of the sealing ring and the adjacent surface of the parking brake has not been damaged.

Clean annular groove and the adjacent surface of the parking brake.

Setting

Install new O-ring (Fig. 6.21).

A little twist axle with allen key T45 and until the parking brake is not located correctly (Fig. 6.22).

Carefully set the parking brake, making sure the O-ring for landing.

Tighten the handbrake as long as the bolt hole and thread are aligned.

Make sure that the parking brake with the brake caliper was flush. In no case can not pull the parking brake to the brake caliper mounting bolts.

Loosely hand screws Torx, then tighten the bolts (Fig. 6.20).

Insert the plug.

Perform basic configuration of brake system.
