Adjusting tailgate

Adjustable left and right stops 2 do not serve for adjusting the Cover. The challenge is to balance the trunk lid 1 and to ensure the absorption of vibrations (Fig. 8.29). The boot lid is adjusted correctly if gaps are closed on all sides evenly and if it does not protrude forward or backward, and is flush with the other parts of the body. The trunk lid should snap lock in the bracket 3 without considerable effort (Fig. 8.29).
