Removal and installation of fans with brackets



Withdrawal
Remove noise insulation.
Remove directing the intake air from the air filter.
Result a radiator framework in service position.

Disconnect the connector 1 and remove the fan bracket bolts (Fig. 2.199).
Remove the fan bracket with the fans up.
Disconnect plug connection 2 and put the cables.
Unlock plug 1 of the fan bracket and set cable.
Remove the mounting nuts and remove the fan.

Setting
Installation is performed in reverse sequence, with the following.

Tightening torques
The cooling fan to the fan bracket: 10 Nm.
Fan bracket to the radiator 5 Nm.
