Removing and installing radiator

Withdrawal

Result a radiator framework in service position.

Drain the coolant.

Disconnect the coolant hoses from the radiator.

Disconnect the plug from the thermal switch and radiator fan.

Remove the radiator mounting bolts and remove the heatsink down.

NOTE

To avoid damage to the capacitor, and the pipes and hoses refrigerant circuit, it must be ensured that the lines and hoses have been laid without tension, bends and kinks.

Turn off the fixing (e) of the clamp (s) of the refrigerant circuit pipes.

Remove condenser from radiator and secure it to the frame radiator.
