Check sensors
Examples of sensors: oil pressure, coolant level sensors and brake fluid.
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. A control lamp or ohmmeter connected to appropriate and outgoing wire sensor. For this disconnect the wires from the sensor. | A warning Sensor screwed into the engine block, as a rule, does not have a ground wire.
| 2. When the alarm sensor resistance is zero. Otherwise - the resistance is infinite. | 3. Check coolant level sensor operation and brake fluids can be made quickly if the ignition is switched to disconnect the electricity supply wire from the sensor and attach it to the weight. Illumination of control lights on the instrument panel indicates a sensor failure. A special case is the oil pressure switch: when the engine sensor is triggered (indicator lamp lit), and only at a certain oil pressure sensor is switched off. |
