Voltage measurement
Voltage can define a simple warning lamp indicator or voltage. In this case only recognize the presence of stress. In order to measure its value is necessary to connect a voltmeter.

Cable measuring device must be connected in parallel to the consumer. The red cable is connected to the measuring device The cable to the positive terminal of the battery, the black wire to the negative lead or the "weight" of the machine, for example, to the engine.

Measurement Example: if the engine is started badly as the starter turns too slow, it is advisable to check the battery voltage during the starter. To do this, connect the red cable () voltmeter to the positive terminal of the battery and the black cable (-) to the weight of the machine. Then, with assistance, to include a starter and measure the voltage. If the voltage is below 10 V (when the battery temperature of 20 ? C), it is necessary to check the battery or charge it.
