Removing and installing the generator at the non-turbo four-cylinder engines
Withdrawal Remove the cover from popolnitelnogo tank of brake system.

Disconnect the electrical connectors from the front of the unit ABS (Fig. 18.10). Release clamps and remove the electrical bracket. Turn the lock on the back of the lamp and remove the cover. Remove the screws and remove the air tube from the air filter.

Wrench, turn clockwise ribbed belt tension mechanism, whereby to release the tension and remove the belt from the generator (Fig. 18.11). Remove the bolt 1 with hexagon 6 mm 2 and nut fastening of the generator. Turn the generator, remove the lower mounting bolt and remove the generator from the engine.

Remove the nut and disconnect the wires from the terminals "30 / B +?� 2 (Fig. 18.12) and ?�D +?� 1 generator. Remove the engine generator, moving it to the left.
Setting Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following. Check the location of the V-ribbed belt on pulleys. Tighten the M8 fastening of the generator torque 25 Nm and M10 screw torque 45 Nm. Tighten the screws fixing the wires to the terminal "30 / B +?� 16 N ?� m, to the terminal ?�D +?� - 4 N ?� m.
