Rotate counter-clockwise, remove the drain plug from the radiator coolant drain shown in Fig. 16.2 arrow. When installing the plug you want to use a new sealing koltso.Oslabte bolts ribbed belt tensioner and remove the air conditioning compressor belt from pulleys. Remove the air conditioning compressor mounting bolts and soft wire tie it to the body.
A WARNING The cooling circuit air-conditioning system is not open. |
Remove the bolts of the heat exchanger oil the power steering and take him aside, without disconnecting from it pipelines.

Ask the assistant to support the front transverse panel, unscrew the screws 3, 4 and 5, and remove the panel from the car.
Setting Installation is performed in reverse order of removal. Connect the oil pipes of an automatic transmission. Fill the cooling system with coolant. Check the connection of the electrical connectors. Connect a wire of "weight" to the battery. Turn on the radio and enter the code. Lift up the power window glass until it stops. Then click on all window switches again for at least 1, in the closed position of the control unit to activate windows. Set the clock. Adjust headlights.
Placing in the service position Switch off the ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery. Unscrew the front of the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment. Remove the bolts and remove the air tubes 1 and 2 (see. Fig. 16.1). On the right side of the car, remove the bolt 5 (see. Fig. 16.5), and instead screw the special tool 3369.

|
On the right side of the vehicle Screw the special tool 3369 into the threaded hole (Fig. 16.6). Unscrew the bolts 3 and 4 (see. Fig. 16.5) and move forward the front transverse plate so that the hole in the rear panel is aligned with the front opening in the flange of the wing.
