Remove the trim 1 (Fig. 16.23) of the hinge lid and remove the electric wires 2 of the central locking of the lower latch finishing 1 gas-filled strut lid. Using a marker, mark the position of the hinges on the trunk lid.

Ask the assistant to support the trunk lid in the open position, turn the nut 2 (Fig. 16.24) fastening the hinge to the lid and remove the lid of the trunk. 7 Remove the screws fastening the extreme base of the hinge. Blade screwdriver to push the locking springs at both ends of the gas-filled strut. Remove the top and bottom hinges 4 gas-filled strut on the tailgate hinge. Remove the middle bolt 7 and remove the hinge from the vehicle.
Setting Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following. 8 Adjusting labels simplify installation and adjustment of the hinge and lid.
