Removal and installation of mudguards of the engine
Located on each side of the engine mud flaps protect the engine compartment from dirt flows of mud, cast by while driving the front wheels of the car, and are not a power guard. Moreover, the left mudguard is formed integrally with the fender liner, its removal is described in Sec. 11 "Body" (see. "Removal and installation of mudguards of wheels and Lockers"). This section describes the removal and installation of the right mudguard, consisting of two parts.
NOTE On special request, the dealer can be installed on a full-size car engine protection force, for which the design of the car provided mounting points. |
Take off the mudguards of the engine when they are damaged or for access to sites and units from the bottom of the car during repairs and maintenance. You will need: the key "10", Phillips screwdriver blade. | | 1. Remove the three screws that secure the front of the left mudguard ... | 2. ... and remove the front part of the mudguard. |
| | 3. Remove the nuts of the rear mudguard front left ... | 4. ... and the right front wheel arch of the intake silencer ... |
| | ... 5. Remove the two side mounting bolts ... | 6. ... and remove the back part of the right mudguard. |
7. Install the right mudguard of the engine in the reverse order of removal.
