Changing the oil in the gearbox
The design does not include a transmission oil change throughout the lifetime of the vehicle. However, sometimes the need to replace the oil may arise, for example, when moving to the other oil viscosity, repair transmission, etc.
HELPFUL ADVICE Drain oil is recommended within 15 min after the trip until it has cooled down and has good fluidity. |
You will need: the key "13", a syringe, a broad tank drained oil. NOTE The gearbox pour oil API GL-4 SAE 80W-90 or 75W-90 SAE. The manufacturer recommends replacing the factory filled oil to the gear oil SAE 75W, if the vehicle is operated for a long time at ambient temperatures below -30 ?� C. |

3. Remove the cover and gasket. Wipe the lid and gasket with a clean cloth to remove excess oil.
NOTE It is desirable to replace the new gasket each time the bottom cover. |

6. ... and remove it.
NOTE Stopper oil fill at the same time serves as a breather, so check the purity of holes in it. |

9. ... to the moment it arrives from a control aperture. Screw the oil level plug.
HELPFUL ADVICE The tube is installed a magnet to collect metallic wear debris, clean it before installing the tube. |
10. Screw cap oil fill and put on her cap.
A WARNING Operating a vehicle without a protective cap cork banned! In its absence, the transmission will get the dirt road. |
